PUMPKIN FRITTERS


The Inglenook Cook Book (1906)


Take 1 quart of pie pumpkin, mash, add 1 to 3 eggs, 1 teaspoonful of salt and enough flour stirred in to make them into a batter.

Fry like pancakes in hot lard.
