My apologies, but I have had to remove this Recipe.
Roy Guste, the author of Antoine's Cookbook, contacted me in 2005 to help publicize his cookbook. I added an article and a few recipes with links to purchase his book directly from him or from Amazon.com.
On May 27, 2015 I received another email from Roy Guste, directing me to remove all Antoine's Cookbook content from FoodReference.com, since I did not have permission to use it.
Oh well. I guess he forgot his request.
