EGG NOG

Egg Nog

Beat the yolk of one egg, add one tablespoon sugar, and beat until light. 

Add one-half cup of milk. 

Beat the white of the egg well and fold it in lightly. 

Add one-half teaspoon vanilla or a little grated nutmeg
