EASY BEEF AND VEGETABLE SKILLET

Ingredients • 1 tablespoon oil • 1/2 small onion, cut into thin wedges • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 (9 oz.) packages Tyson Seasoned Beef Strips • 1 tablespoon bottled teriyaki sauce • 2 cups fresh broccoli • 1/4 lb. pea pods (about 1 cup) • 1/2 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces • 1/2 medium yellow pepper, cut into strips • 1/2 medium red pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces • Rice (optional)
Cooking Instructions Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 1 minute. Add beef and teriyaki sauce; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is heated. Add broccoli; cover and cook 3 minutes or until broccoli brightens. Add pea pods, asparagus, peppers, and 3 tablespoons water (or beef broth); cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve with rice and additional teriyaki sauce, if desired.
