TOMATO COCKTAIL, HOT OR COLD


Serves 12

1 can (46 ounces) tomato juice cocktail
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Snipped chives, if desired
 

Cooking Directions
Heat all ingredients except chives in medium-sized saucepan over low heat until hot.

To serve, pour into mugs and sprinkle with chives.

Option: Stir all ingredients together except chives, chill until serving and serve sprinkled with chives.

Serving Suggestions
Have this drink either hot or cold.

It goes well for any brunch buffet.
