HAM & DRIED PLUM PINWHEELS

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

• 2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
• 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel cheese)
• 1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) finely chopped pitted dried plums
• 4 thin slices deli ham (about 3 ounces)
 

Preparation

Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese evenly onto each tortilla.

Top each with 1/4 cup dried plums and 2 slices ham.

Roll up each tortilla securely.

Cut each into 8 pieces.

Secure pinwheels with toothpicks.
