FANCY HAM-WRAPPED FRUIT

Serves 32

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 3-oz. package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
    • 1/3 pound thinly sliced fully-cooked ham, cut into 1x4-strips
    • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced 
     

Cooking Directions

In a small bowl stir together cream cheese and orange marmalade.

Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of each ham strip.

Place a piece of fruit on each ham strip and wrap around fruit.
 

Serving Suggestions

Tropical fruits like papaya, mango and kiwi marry nicely with mild ham.

Make up to 4 hours ahead, cover and chill.
