Makes 4 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time: 2 hours


• 3 Tbsp. skim milk
• 1 medium banana, cut in quarters
• 4 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 1 banana cut into 8 slices


1. Place milk, medium banana cut in quarters, sugar, and vanilla into blender. Process for 15 seconds at high speed until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into small bowl. Fold in yogurt.

3. Chill two hours.

4. Spoon into four dessert dishes.

5. Garnish each dish of mousse with two banana slices just before serving.
