RED CHILI LINGUINE

Serves 8

1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 cups cooked linguine, drained
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Lime juice of l lime
 

Cooking Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet.

Add garlic. Saute 1 minute.

Add red pepper. Saute 30 seconds.

Add linguine. Stir well and cook over medium heat until hot and well coated.

Add parsley. Stir well.

Add lime juice. Toss well.
Serve.

Serving Suggestions
Give your pasta side dish a blast of flavor. A good foil with Fresno Pork Roast or Margarita Pork Chops.
