Step One 3 Pounds Lamb, cubed Seasoned Flour, as needed 1/4 Cup Salad Oil Or Butter
Step Two 2 Tablespoons Curry powder 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger 2 Whole Onions, chopped
Step Three 2 Whole Granny Smith Apples, diced 2 Cups Chicken broth 2 Cups Tomato paste
Step Four 2 Tablespoons Heavy cream
[1) Dust lamb with flour. Heat oil.
[2) Saute Spices and Onion, cook 3-4 minutes...ADD LAMB and Brown..
[3) Add ingredients in step three and simmer for 1 hour, covered, until meat is tender.
[4) Add cream and reheat.
