CARAMEL APPLES
Serves 6-8.
1 8-ounce package cream cheese 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 8-ounce container non-dairy whipped topping 3 cups chopped OHIO Granny Smith and Golden Delicious 1 cup chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Add apples and pecans.
Cool completely and serve as a dessert or over angel food cake.
