CITRUS AND GRAPES IN MUSCAT WINE

Serve this light refreshing dessert as a finale to a meat dinner, in individual portions or from an attractive fruit bowl. Any sweet wine may be used.

Yield 6 Servings


Ingredients

• 3 navel oranges, sectioned
• 3 tangerines, sectioned
• 2 red grape fruit, sectioned
• 1 cup red or green seedless grapes
• 1/4 cup sugar or honey
• 1 cup Muscat wine


Directions

1.
Place fruit in bowl and stir m sugar or honey. Chill 1 hour.

2. Combine fruit with Muscat.
