Servings: 20

1/4 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/4 tablespoon Granulated Garlic
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/4 tablespoon Celery Seed
1/4 tablespoon Onion powder
1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
1/3 Teaspoon White pepper
1/3 Teaspoon Black Pepper; Coarse Ground
1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Cups Sour Cream
3 Cups Mayonnaise
2 Cups Buttermilk
3/4 Pound Bleu Cheese, Crumbled

STEP ONE... Combine and mix well all ingredients EXCEPT Bleu Cheese...

STEP TWO Add 1/2 of Bleu Cheese and mix until thoroughly broken up.

Then add remaining Bleu Cheese and mix in.

Notes: Let sit at least overnight to develop flavors.
