Serving Size: 5


    1½  Teaspoons Garlic salt
    1½  Teaspoons Ground pepper
    2    Teaspoons Paprika
    3    Tablespoons Flour
    5    Chicken Breast Half Without Skin

    3    Tablespoons Butter
    1    Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

    1   Can Orange Juice, Frozen Concentrate
    3   Fluid Ounces Water
    1½ Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
    1   Cup Amaretto


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flour, pepper, paprika and garlic salt.

Coat chicken with this mixture.

Heat oil and butter in skillet and saute chicken until brown.

Remove CHICKEN and put in casserole.

To skillet, add mustard, orange concentrate, water and Amaretto.

Increase heat and boil, stirring constantly, until thick.

Pour sauce over chicken and bake, covered, for 45 minutes.

This can be frozen and reheated later.
