Giblets from goose4 cups bread crumbs2 med. onions2 apples, diced1/4 tsp. sage1/4 tsp. garlic powder2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 med. wild goose2 tbsp. butterCook giblets until tender; reserve liquid. Chop giblets and add to bread crumbs, onions, apples, and seasonings. Add liquid from giblets to moisten stuffing. Place goose in roasting pan and dot with butter. Bake approximately 20 minutes per pound of goose at 350 degrees. Baste often. 8-12 servings. North Carolina Cooperative Extension - www.ces.ncsu.edu/
