PESTO MAYONNAISE

12 servings    
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

1/4 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup lightly packed fresh spinach leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise


1. In food processor bowl, process all ingredients except mayonnaise until smooth.

2. Transfer basil mixture to bowl; stir in mayonnaise.

3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with French-fried potatoes or roasted potato wedges
