MUSTARD SEED SAUCE

 

300 Big & Bold Barbecue & Grilling Recipes

This is a delicious sauce to serve with grilled fish, poultry and vegetables.
TIP: This sauce can also be used as a slather for planked fish, pork or chicken.

Makes About 1½ Cups
 

Ingredients

    · 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
    · 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
    · 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    · 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    · 1 tsp dried dillweed
    · 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    · 1/2 tsp freshly ground white pepper
     

Directions

1. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, Worcestershire sauce and white pepper.

2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
