We are a small British tour operator and intended for individual or small group culinary voyages in several regions of northern Adriatic in Croatia. The tours are comprised for a minimum of 6 persons and maximum of 10. In these tours our guests enjoy the exquisite rural accommodation, agritourisms, old taverns, local homemade and organic food, they take part in food preparation, enjoy wine, brandy, honey and olive oil tastings, and enjoy the relaxation of three northern Adriatic counties (Istria, Kvarner with Gorski kotar, and Lika), thus combining sea, hinterland, woods and highland regions with distinctive Mediterranean-Slavic atmosphere.
