• 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 large bananas, mashed
• 3/4 cup dried blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream margarine and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Stir in bananas and blueberries.
4. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and bake 50-60 minutes.
