1 (15.5-ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup applesauce 1/4 cup brown sugar; firmly packed 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place sweet potatoes in a 1-quart casserole.
3. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter or margarine. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
