2 tb Butter 3 tb Shallots
1 c Heavy cream 1/4 c Guinness stout 20 Capers 1 ts Dill; fresh chopped Salt and pepper
Shrimp
Saute Shallots.....Add remaining ingredients for sauce and heat.
Saute Shrimp, add sauce and heat.
Garnish with fresh Dill sprig
