Yield: 8 servings


    • 2 TB Butter
    • 3 TB Shallots

    • 1 cup  Heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup  Guinness stout
    • 20    Capers
    • 1 tsp Dill; fresh chopped
    • Salt and pepper

    • Shrimp


Saute Shallots.....Add remaining ingredients for sauce and heat.

Saute Shrimp, add sauce and heat.

Garnish with fresh Dill sprig
