SHARK STEAKS, HERB SEASONED

Yield: 6 servings.

2 pounds Florida shark steaks
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  juice of 1 Florida lemon
1/2 cup chopped Florida green onions
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 teaspoon chopped Florida garlic
2 Florida tomatoes, sliced
  
 
Sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides of shark steaks.

Place in a shallow baking dish.

Pour lemon juice over steaks and sprinkle with onions, thyme, and garlic.

Top with sliced tomatoes.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
