Yield: 4 servings
• 2 1-inch yellowfin tuna steaks, approximately 1¼ pound each
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• sea salt to taste
• coarse pepper to taste
• sesame seeds
• wasabi for dip
• soy sauce for dip
Rub tuna steaks with olive oil.
Salt and pepper steaks then on sprinkle sesame seeds.
Brown tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on both sides, being careful to not overcook.
Serve wasabi and soy sauce on the side as dipping sauces.
