HONEY GRILLED SHRIMP

Makes 4 servings.

    • 1½ pounds Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1 cup Florida lime juice
    • 1/2 cup Florida honey
    • 1 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

Thread shrimp evenly on wooden skewers.

Combine remaining ingredients and brush on both sides of shrimp.

Place shrimp on grill, 4 to 6 inches above coals that have lost their flame, have a red glow and a thin layer of white ash.
