GOLDEN CRAB IMPERIAL
Yield: 4 servings.
1 pound cooked, picked Florida golden crab meat 2/3 cup finely chopped Florida green pepper 1/2 cup finely chopped Florida onion 1/2 cup cracker crumbs or corn meal 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 teaspoon dry mustard paprika
Combine all ingredients except paprika.
Turn into lightly-oiled individual casseroles or ramekins
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
