GOLDEN CRAB IMPERIAL

Yield: 4 servings.
 

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 pound cooked, picked Florida golden crab meat
    • 2/3 cup finely chopped Florida green pepper
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped Florida onion
    • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs or corn meal
    • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    •   paprika
     

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except paprika.

Turn into lightly-oiled individual casseroles or ramekins

Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
