WHITE GAZPACHO

3 Whole Cucumbers -- peel-seed-chopped 2 Cups Chicken stock 16 Ounces Sour Cream 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
In food processor blend cucumber with 1/2 Chicken stock until smooth.
In medium bowl, combine cucumber mixture, remaining chicken stock, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper; mix well.
Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.
Serve with condiments.
Refrigerate left overs.
