BROCCOLI WITH SHALLOTS

Ingredients 4 cups broccoli florets 1/2 tsp garlic, minced 1 Tbsp shallots, minced 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes cooking spray
Directions Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender; drain.
Spray a medium skillet with cooking spray; turn heat to medium.
Add garlic and shallots; cook 10 seconds.
Add broccoli and red pepper flakes; toss to coat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
