June 3, 2017  Darwin Italian Festival 2017
Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia
The Italian Festival Association (IFA) is proud to communicate that the 3rd biennial Darwin Italian Festival has migrated to the new venue of the George Brown Darwin Botanical Gardens and Amphitheatre.  The success of each Darwin Italian Festival has continued to grow since the inaugural festival of 2013, culminating with the national MEA Award of "best public event of the year" in Australia in 2015.  To continue building on its two previous festivals, there will be an emphasis on celebrating all that is Italian within the community. The exhilarating mixture of food, drinks, art, culture and entertainment for all ages will create an authentic Italian feel.  IFA gathers local businesses, school groups, entertainers, and the community to create the true essence of Italy, right here in Darwin. This event provides an opportunity for Italian businesses from across the Northern Territory to showcase their products and services to the Darwin population, with a vested interest of promoting our Italian community.
