January 14, 2011  ANZ Taste of Tennis
Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Join some of the world's greatest tennis players and legends, including Andy Roddick, Alicia Molik and Ken Rosewall, as they team up with Guy Grossi, Josh Emett, Jason Camillo and many more of Melbourne's top chefs to prepare a selection of signature dishes for your enjoyment - a perfect evening of fine food, sport and glamour to start your summer of tennis!  Proceeds benefit the Starlight Children's Foundation.

January 14-27, 2011  24th Annual Guyra Lamb & Potato Festival
Guyra, New South Wales, Australia
The festival aims to showcase local products, especially lamb and potatoes. There will be musicians playing daily, shearing demonstrations, the ever popular rail trike rides to the rail museum, various car clubs and Guyra will also host the annual antique machinery display and swap meet which is one of the biggest in Australia.

March 20, 2011  Brisbane Thai Culture and Food Festival

Due to the devastating floods in Thailand, the Thai Government and our sponsors are unable to assist in the staging of the event in Brisbane in March 2012. We have therefore postponed the event but hope to bring the Thai Festival back to Brisbane later in 2012 or March 2013.  Attendance: 50,000

The festival was initiated by Mackay Canegrowers to both educate and entertain regional residents in and out of the cane industry.
