INGREDIENTS
• 4  8oz Swordfish steaks
 
SAUCE
• 2 tb Butter
• 4 tb Brown sugar
• 2 Apples; Granny Smith, sliced
• 1/2 ts Nutmeg
 
DIRECTIONS
  Melt Butter, add brown sugar and mix; add apples & nutmeg.
  Place some sauce in pan...add Swordfish...place more sauce on top.
  Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
