GRILLED RIB EYE WITH ROASTED GARLIC MAPLE HORSERADISH SOUR CREAM

Number of Servings: 2
 

Ingredients

    2  12-Oz. Rib eye steaks
    2 Tbsp. Olive oil
    4 Medium Cloves garlic
    1/2 Cup Sour cream
    1½ Tbsp. Horseradish
    1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
     

Directions

Roast 4 cloves garlic in 1 Tbsp. olive oil at 400 for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned.

Take out and puree in processor or mince fine.

Hand rub steaks with remaining oil, salt and pepper to taste and grill over hot coals to medium about 5 to 7 minutes per side.

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, roasted garlic, horseradish and maple syrup.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Plate steaks with your favorite side dish and spoon horseradish sauce on top of the steak.
