1 small mango (8 oz.) quartered, pitted, and peeled
3/4 cup non fat plain yogurt
1/3 cup orange juice
2 ice cubes
In a blender combine all the ingredients until thick and smooth. 
Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: Calories, 234; Fat, 1g; Cholesterol, 3 mg; Sodium, 113 mg; percent calories from fat, 3.8%.
