GLAZED YELLOWFIN TUNA
Yield: 6 servings 1 1/2 pounds Florida tuna steaks, 1-inch thick 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard 2 teaspoons Florida honey 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Florida parsley
Place tuna in a microwave-safe dish.
Mix together next 4 ingredients and drizzle evenly over tuna.
Cook in a microwave on high for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley; allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
