IMPORTANT NOTICE to current and potential subscribers:
I have suspended the weekly newsletter for a while so I can catch up on my other work on the website. I will resume the newsletter as soon as I can, probably sometime in March or April 2008. I am working on getting ahead on all other aspects of the website so I will not have to interrupt delivery of the newsletter again.
Foodreference.com is just me, Chef James T. Ehler. I do everything myself - I am researcher, writer, editor, webmaster, marketing & advertising director and anything else that needs to be done. The website has grown to over 15,000 pages now, with 2 million pages viewed by visitors each month. It takes considerable time updating and adding new content, answering emails, writing the newsletter, etc.. (Which is really no hardship, since I love what I do!) - I have been working on different software and methods so I will be able to work more efficiently in the future.
