SNAPPY SHRIMP
Yield: 3 - 4 entrees or 6 appetizer servings
2-3 cloves Florida garlic, minced 1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 pound Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons sherry
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese Sourdough bread or rolls
In a medium skillet, sauté garlic in butter until tender.
Add shrimp and chives and sauté 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until shrimp is no longer translucent in the center.
Add salt and sherry; stir.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp mixture.
Serve warm with bread.
