• 2 lbs Salmon • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil• 1/2 teaspoon Salt• 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic • 2 - 3 teaspoons Mesquite Meal• 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat sauté pan to medium heat. (An indoor grill or oven many be used if preferred). Cook salmon that's 1½ inch thick for about 6 to 7 minutes each side.Rub olive oil onto salmon.Cut salmon into portions if you're using filets. Then sprinkle salt, garlic and Mesquite meal over Salmon. When salmon is done add black pepper.
