The event showcases wines from top BC wineries, matched with intriguing foods provided by some of the best local restaurants and cafes.  This season we are thrilled to partner with Ride2Survive in hosting BC Uncorked, which is in its 10th season.  The Ride2Survive is a non-profit society registered in British Columbia that operates a one-day cycling event from Kelowna to Delta to raise funds for cancer research as an Independent Fundraising Event for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Our Festival is unique in that it includes three separate events all related to Beer.  The Cask night is a night of friendly competition with unique casks on tap.  The actual Harrison Beer Festival brings 20 of the finest micro breweries in BC to the shores of Harrison Lake for a unique opportunity of sampling or tasting a wide range of craft-brewed beers in a variety of different styles by various brewers. Salute to the Sockeye: Adams River Salmon Run 2014
Squilax, British Columbia, Canada
Every 4th year during September & October, the banks of the Adams River becomes the scene of a natural miracle. The normally quiet waters of the 12 km river turn turbulent & crimson as over 2 million sockeye salmon - returning from a journey that takes them far out into the ocean - pour into their home waters to spawn & to die. Their arrival is welcomed by the "Salute to the Sockeye" a pageant which draws visitors to the Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park, a section of the river dedicated to the famous British Columbia fly fisherman, naturalist and author.
