BAKED YELLOWTAIL SNAPPER WITH MUSHROOMS

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients
• 2 pounds Florida yellowtail snapper fillets 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 four-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon grated onion
• dash pepper
• paprika


Directions
Place fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish.

Combine all ingredients except paprika and pour over fish.

Bake in a moderate oven at 350§ F, for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Sprinkle paprika over cooked fish.
