SALIBURY STEAK

 


Ingredients: 2 l.b. Ground beef (will make 1-25 oz plus 2-3.5 oz salisbury steak) , 3 eggs, 1/3 cup Japanese style Panko bread crumb soaked with 1/2 grated onion, 1/2 onion minced, 1/3 cup Red wine, Dashida (Korean style soup stock beef flavor ), Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Road Kill BBQ Sauce, Oyster flavored sauce, Soy sauce, Japanese Takoyaki or Yakisoba sauce for flavoring / Butter for cooking, plus salt and pepper before you put on meat / Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Japanese Takoyaki or Yakisoba sauce and butter for gravy sauce. Cooking time about 20 mins.
