Makes 8 Servings

1 1/2 pounds (3 cups, drained) cooked pork, diced
1 (15.5-ounce) can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 1/2 cups water
3 cups canned potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups thinly sliced onion
2 (15.5-ounce) cans carrots, diced
1 teaspoon dried oregano

1. In large pot, combine all ingredients.

2. Heat until all ingredients are heated thoroughly.
