WHITE ASPARAGUS

Juice of 1-2 lemons
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 batch, (about 1-2 lbs.) white asparagus, peeled.


Add the lemon juice, butter, and salt to a pot of water and bring to a simmer. 

Peel the asparagus and trim the ends. 

Simmer until tender. 

How long this takes will vary with the size of the asparagus so check them frequently.
