Fix-It And Enjoy-It Healthy Cookbook: 400 Great Stove-top and Oven Recipes

by Phyllis Pellman Good

Review

I LOVE this cookbook. I've only had it a couple days, and I've bookmarked a ton of recipes to try. I usually check out cooking books from the library because I don't like to keep a lot of books around the house, but this is one that you will want a copy of for your home library. I've tried three recipes so far, and they've all been super simple and delicious. I own the healthy crock pot version of this book as well, but I like the variety in this book much better.
