Very simple turnover omelette with fresh spinach and feta cheese. Ideal for vegetarians, it is very high in protein and also low carb. Delicious!
Egg 1 whole
Egg white powder 1 ½ tablespoons (15g, ½ oz)
Milk 1 oz (30mL)
Water 2 oz (60mL)
Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
Low fat feta cheese 1oz (25g)
Fresh spinach 1 large leaf
