This winery was not totally finished but was open to the public. They were super friendly and were gracious in giving tours. The building first shown is the home of the owner which is next door to the winery building.
The pond is part of a geothermal heating and cooling system that has pipe running under it for heating and cooling of the winery. Notice also the 3 story gravity design to assist in the wine making process. All in all it is very high tech yet elegant inside
