VEGETABLES

POTATO HASH

Peel 1 quart of onions and 1 of potatoes. Slice them together and boil them tender in 1/2 gallon of water. Then add 1 pint sweet cream, a lump of butter the size of an egg. A good supper dish.

Sister Charlotte Roberts, Artemas, Pa.
