 Remove the unripe ones from Lima beans, cook the beans in water until they are tender, then when about dry, season with salt, pepper, and a small piece of butter, and pour over them about 2/3 of a cup of cream, and let them come to a boil. Dried Lima beans are cooked in the same way.
