PEACH PIE #1 Stew the peaches before placing them in crusts. For 6 pies, take 1/2 gallon of peaches, 1 teacupful of sugar and 2 nutmegs to season. Make the pie crust short, put in fruit, cover with upper crust and bake in a quick oven.
