EGG TOAST
Brown a slice of bread, dip in hot water slightly salted, butter it and lay on top of the toast an egg that has been broken into hot water and cooked until the white is hardened. Season egg with a bit of butter and a little salt. Sister Chas. Hawbaker, Franklin Grove, Ill.
