This is my simple recipe for lasagna, feel free to take it and modify it to your own tastes.

1 pound of ground beef Brown and drain grease.

Rotini noodles Cook half of a 16oz box according to package directions. (Dont overcook)

40 ounces of your favorite sauce
12 ounces of Mozzarella cheese
8 ounces of Ricotta cheese
Parmesan cheese

Spray pan with cooking spray
Layer pan Sauce 10 oz Noodles 1/3 of total Meat 1/3 of total Cheese (Both mozzarella and Ricotta) 1/3 of total Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on the 1st and last layers Repeat for 3 layers total End with sauce and Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350
Cover pan with aluminum foil
Bake for 60- 90 minutes (until the sauce and cheese bubble in the middle but the bottom is not burnt)

Some things do not come in exact size packages ( i.e. 15 oz Noodles, or 19 oz of sauce ). Just come close, but dont go under 36 oz of sauce.
