PRESERVING AND CANNING
TO CAN GRAPES SO THEY WILL NOT HARDEN
To every gallon of grapes add 1 pint of sugar. Boil until the seed and pulp have separated; the seed will settle to the bottom of the kettle. Seal up in glass jars and keep in a cool dark place.
